Local move prices are based on hourly labor rate which is computed by the number of men and the number of trucks needed to perform the job.
Total Hours (T) = loading time + travel time + unloading time.
Hourly rate (H) = Dollar amount per number of mover.
Total Cost = (T) multiple by (H)
Other few factors could determine the cost of a local move such as the flight of stairs at the pick-up or drop-off location. Additional optional services upon such as special packing and handling requests.

Our Process:
FREE ON-SITE CONSULTATION/SURVEY: We will visit your home, residence or office to conduct an assessment. Evaluate all packaging, moving, and storage needs to guarantee the most effective and efficient move possible.
PREPARE ESTIMATE/COST: We will collect information about your move and provide estimate based on your moving needs. Your assigned moving manager will work with you on the best price options to choose from based on your budget.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT/RESERVATION:A contract agreement is signed to ensure a time and date are reserved for your move or relocation.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: On-Demand Services charges a refundable reservation fee to secure and to reserve a date for your move. The fee is deducted from the final bill after completion of move.
PACKING SERVICES: If you subscribe to our box packing service, depending on the size of your move, box packing will be done on an agreed date before the actual move.
MOVING SERVICES: Ensure on the move date someone is available to meet with our driver and moving crew to give access and to answer any questions.

"My experience with On-Demand was wonderful; I was a little leary because they were from another state (Delaware). However, they arrived on time, the 4 young men were courteous, and hardworking. I had alot of STUFF, and they worked through sunshine, that turned into unexpected and unseasonal high winds, that turned into a rainstorm. They never complained or appeared annoyed.
